About 95X’s Beer Mike:

After drinking craft beers for about 3 years, Beer Mike became intrigued by the brewing process, history, and almost infinite variety of flavors and combinations. 

His interest led him to do in-depth craft beer reviews and shortly after that he began pairing beer with food.

He is a self-taught cook who has created various recipes of his own to match the flavors in some of his favorite craft beers.

He is an avid gardener, who grows everything pesticide free.

He uses fresh herbs and vegetables from his garden straight to the kitchen.

His inspiration for pairing beer and food has stemmed from his family and in particular his wife, who would describe what she was in the mood to eat.
